Compassion Fatigue Coaching Services
Online coaching sessions are available in the US and internationally.
Coaching differs from counseling in that it focuses less on resolving past issues and symptom management and more on goal setting and developing healthy coping skills.
Through coaching, we'll work on topics such as creating boundaries, building resiliency, working through animal-related grief, developing self-care strategies and more to help you manage compassion fatigue and avoid burnout.
Coaching services are available to animal welfare workers and volunteers, as well as animal rights advocates/activists and ethical vegetarians/vegans.
Rate = $125 per 45-minute session
